Description *SimplePie_Enclosure::get_link() return a url decoded string which cause problems when there were non-ascii characters in the url. SimplePie_Enclosure::get_link() should not call urldecode(). For example, the returned string would be incorrect if using utf8 encoding and the url was "http://someserver/coucou%E9.mp3" note that SimplePie_Author::get_link() is correctly returning a non decoded string.
